How it works

Three steps. One workspace.

Stop tab-hopping between Amazon, Reddit, and screenshots. Everything lives inside a Product Project.

Step 1

Add competing products

Paste Amazon, Shopify, or other product URLs.

Step 2

We gather the evidence

Analyze customer reviews, product pages, and relevant public research.

Step 3

Find the gap

See shared customer problems, competitive strengths, and a recommended product direction.

What you'll see

Stop guessing what your next product should fix.

Every finding is grounded in real customer evidence — with AI interpretation clearly labeled.

Customers love

Themes buyers rave about.

Customers hate

Ranked pain points with mention counts.

Things that break

Reliability and quality failures.

Things customers ask for

Explicit requests, separated from AI inference.

Shared competitor weaknesses

Where the whole market falls short.

Product opportunities

Ranked white-space directions.

Multiple products, sharper signal

One product tells you what's wrong. Three tell you what's missing.

Adding multiple competitors reveals the problems the whole category is failing to solve — the ones worth building for.

FAQ

Straightforward answers.

What websites can I analyze?+

Amazon product pages, Shopify and DTC product pages, and most public ecommerce product URLs. Web Research covers a wider set of public sources.

How many Amazon reviews do you analyze?+

Up to approximately 500 written reviews per product, depending on availability.

What does Web Research find?+

Independent reviews, Reddit discussions, product comparisons, credible blogs and publications, and relevant YouTube review metadata where available. It is not a generic web search.

What exactly is one research?+

One full analysis of one product: its product page, its customer reviews, and the public web discussion around it. It is charged once, when the research completes.

What is free after that?+

Everything you do with research you already ran: gap reports between products, monthly tracking refreshes, exports, and your full research history.

Do unused researches expire?+

Monthly plan researches reset each billing period. Researches bought in a pack never expire.

Can I compare multiple products?+

Yes — a Product Project can hold several competing products, and analysis gets sharper the more you add.

Does this tell me whether a product will succeed?+

No. This is directional product intelligence, not a market or profitability guarantee.

Where does the research come from?+

Customer reviews on marketplaces, product website content, and public web sources. All sources are shown in your project.

How does AI use the research?+

AI helps summarize themes and highlight opportunities — but AI interpretation is always clearly separated from what customers actually said.
